Over the past 15+ years Marissa Allen has been crafting valuable skills and knowledge related to multiple aspects of real estate. Aside from working in sales and customer service positions, Marissa spent time as an assistant to her father, a home inspector and catastrophic insurance adjuster. This exposed her to the many different sources of damage a home can sustain, as well as the various types and elements of construction. Notably, Marissa also spent several years as a corporate trainer for a large multi-state, legal services company. She worked in nearly every position within the company, learning the ins & outs of contracts and other legal documents. As a trainer Marissa learned to take boring or complex information, and relay it in a way that could be easily received & understood by a client or newly hired employee. More recently Marissa held the title of N. Florida area manager for a national importing company. As she oversaw a team of 45 professionals, Marissa's focus was marketing brands to positively drive & impact sales. Marissa was so successful because she understood the true value of marketing outside of the industry's basic, or outdated practices. Her approach was tailored to the specific area, the target audience and the needs/desires of the client.
