Marie is Divisional Partner in the Commercial Department, based in the Grantham office.
Having studied Urban Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University, Marie qualified in 1993 and has over 25 years of experience of working in the commercial property industry. She has extensive knowledge having worked within both the public sector, ( Homes and Communities Agency ( formerly English Partnerships) and Lincolnshire County Council) and the private sector, working predominately in the Lincoln/Lincolnshire area and bordering counties. Marie specialises in advising Landlord and Tenant clients of all commercial property, across all sectors including retail, industrial, office and education with regard to lease renewals and rent reviews, all aspects of commercial property leases and commercial property management. Her client base has extended across national, regional and local Landlords and Tenants. She has knowledge and experience of disposals, acquisitions and rating. Marie is also an RICS registered valuer and can carry out Red Book valuations and rental valuation reports.
