Marianne Wilson joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2011. Her focus is on tenant representation for associations and non-profit organizations. Ms. Wilson’s multi-faceted role spans from lead generation to lease negotiation with an emphasis on account management. Prior to real estate, Ms. Wilson practiced commercial interior design for 9 years and is NCIDQ certified. Her experience in interior architecture allows her to communicate design ideas in a way her clients can understand and visualize. Specialties include programming, test fit analysis and space planning in order to minimize costs and improve efficiencies. Prior project experience includes furniture specifications, FF&E selection, construction documents, coordinating multiple vendors including MEP and audio visual engineers, developing budgets and monitoring schedules to ensure timely completion.
Campaign Against Cancer. Marianne currently sits on the Young Ambassadors Council of The Children’s Inn at NIH. She is also involved with the Northern Virginia Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and the USO.
