Bio
Thank you for visiting my website and visiting my profile page!

Serving Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Winchester, Versailles, Danville, Harrodsburg and Central Kentucky

I began my real estate career in 1987. Previously I was a Math and Spanish teacher in Fayette County Public Schools for 13 years. Real estate began to interest me as a possible career path when my husband and I sold our first home in 1986. That same year, I finished graduate school in Secondary Math Education and was given a small raise for obtaining a graduate degree. That same summer, I had to pay a Realtor's commission of 5 times my "raise" for our home sale! That was my light bulb moment that I needed to think about becoming a Realtor :-)

After obtaining my RE License, I furthered my real estate knowledge and took additional training resulting in several designations... GRI, CRS, CRB, CNHS, E-Pro and I also obtained my Broker's license within the first 4 years of my RE career. Being an educator at heart, I wanted to have all the answers to help my clients better. My strong suit is my knowledge of the market and the ability to communicate well with others! Knowledge, communication with clarity and helping others make informed decisions is my recipe for success. I have been with Keller Williams Bluegrass Realty since it opened in 2005. I now have a Team of agents which include my husband Chuck, my son Andrew, and our asst, Jennifer Dryden. We would love to work with you!
