Mari Hansen joined Newmark’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office in 2018, after beginning her real estate career as a brokerage services coordinator at Colliers International in Milwaukee and Minneapolis. Before transitioning into a brokerage role at Newmark in 2021, Ms. Hansen served as a brokerage coordinator for a team of seven commercial real estate advisors.
As a transaction manager, Ms. Hansen works alongside managing directors Dan Friedner and Jay Chmieleski as well as associate Patrick Cullen to provide a variety of marketing, public relations, market research, client coordination and deal management assignments to owners and users of industrial, office, land and investment properties in the Twin Cities metro area and its surrounding suburbs.
Ms. Hansen’s strong work ethic, attention to detail and excellent customer service allows her to provide her team with extensive resources and market knowledge to help clients achieve their real estate goals. With experience representing landlords, investors and tenants, her team has completed transactions valued at more than $225 million over the last five years.
