Marget Graham is a Principal/Vice President responsible for co-managing new business development and leasing efforts in the Mid-America Asset Management portfolio. She has been with Mid-America Asset Management since January 2000 and has specialized solely in Landlord representation. Clients include many of the major Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Entrepreneurs.
Ms. Graham has extensive experience in an array of retail product types including specialty leasing of high street retail, lifestyle centers and mixed-use developments, ground-up projects, power centers and traditional grocery anchored centers. Through her work in each respective area and in the urban and suburban markets within the Chicago MSA, she has formed strong relationships with local, regional and national tenants.
Ms. Graham’s responsibilities include analysis of the competitive market and development of merchandising and strategic leasing plans for each shopping center to appropriately market and negotiate retail lease transactions with new and existing tenants. Additional responsibilities include timely reporting, deal specific and property impact analysis as well as keeping abreast of and reporting to clients on the current market conditions.
Ms. Graham is a 1997 graduate of Purdue University. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and participates in the ICSC Next Generation and Women in Retail Leasing (WIRL) Association. She is also an active spokesperson for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and serves as a committee member for the St. Jude Fashion Show held annually in Rosemont, Illinois to benefit the hospital.
