Margaret A. Wagner is a licensed associate broker for over twenty years and has been with the Century 21 franchise for 17 of those years. She chose to work at Century 21 Amiable Realty Group II because of the training and marketing that they provide. Century 21 Amiable II provides her with the most up to date information to help her stay on top of the real estate market, as well as the most current real estate laws.
Real estate laws are changing rapidly especially in the area. Waterfront properties are going through some rapid changes regarding flood insurance, and zoning. With all the knowledge Margaret had regarding these new laws, she is able to help guide her clients through some of the questions they have when buying or selling their home. She covers the island of Broad Channel, Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, and the Rockaways. She prides herself in getting many referrals from past and current clients.
