Marci is the Director of Marketing and Operations at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.
Marci provides leadership and support to the entire brokerage team while ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. She leads all in-house marketing efforts and is a licensed real estate broker. Her goal is to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing for each property Phoenix represents in the marketplace. Marci has experience in event planning, social media, market research, web-based communication, strategic advertising and print materials
Prior to joining the Phoenix Team, Marci served as the full-time Teaching Leader for the Raleigh/Cary Bible Study Fellowship class where she trained & mentored over 60 leaders to serve in their churches & communities. She enjoys speaking at community events and is actively involved in several civic organizations.
Marci spends her free time doing a host of things she loves including design, travel, home renovation projects, outdoor activities, and spending time with family & friends.
