With over 25 years in the industry, Marc Rosendorf has represented many national, regional and local companies and individuals in their business, retail, restaurant, real estate and other transactional requirements, along with government relations and lobbying.
Mr. Rosendorf is an active member of various associations, non-profits and industry groups including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Greater Olney Chamber of Commerce and Olney Town Center Advisory Committee, University of Maryland Terrapin Club, and the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
A native of Washington, DC, Marc received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland College Park and law degree at The Catholic University of America.
Mr. Rosendorf previously associated with and/or worked with various national and regional retailers, restaurant groups, developers and law firms including Lerner Enterprises, a commercial real estate development and management company and owner of the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball Club; Hirschel, Savitz, Parker & Hollman, a national leader in commercial retail real estate law; Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll in their Baltimore, MD offices; and Ratner Companies, McLean, Va., the largest privately held hair salon company worldwide, with brands including Hair Cuttery and Bubbles Salons.
