Thanks for checking out the Marc Olson Real Estate Team! Marc was born and raised in Central Iowa where his wife, Amber, and himself now raise their 3 children. They stay busy traveling all over the surrounding communities. Their kids are very active in sports along with their son’s love of 4H and showing his bucket calf. They also love spending time outside exploring, biking, and boating.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Marc spent 9 years in the heating, cooling, and plumbing industry. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the construction field. He is able to provide his clients with additional perspectives about all areas of home construction.
The most important quality in Marc’s real estate career since 2005, has always been building relationships through trust, honesty and hard work. He strives to make your real estate transaction, along with the associated procedures, free of stress, easy to understand and even fun!

When you work with them, you will be given many services at NO COST to you! You will receive a Buying & Selling Guide along with a market analysis of your home. Then when you decide to list your house, they will also provide you with a 1-hour home staging consultation if needed, professional photographs of the exterior and interior of your house, along with aerial drone photography and you will have access to our Moving Trailer for when the BIG DAY arrives! Most importantly though, you will receive dedication, knowledge and integrity every step of the way!
In 2018, a group of Nevadians and Marc, helped bring back the Nevada Community Rodeo! They had an overwhelming amount of support. They ended up winning the “Best New Rodeo” award from the Iowa Rodeo Cowboys Association!
