Marc Nanne currently serves as Managing Director in the Tenant Representation Services Group in the JLL Minneapolis office. In addition to providing real estate planning for corporate users, investors and developers, Marc’s expertise encompasses site analysis and advisement for development opportunities. Extremely well-versed in maximizing the value of commercial real estate for his clients, Marc is a trusted expert with more than 30 years in the industry.
Marc’s serves both local and internal cliental, spanning most commercial property types as he effectively structures the most effective and robust teams to meet the assignment. He has vast experience with office, industrial, medical, hotel, senior housing, restaurant, retail, and multi-family real estate. Marc’s professional skills, persistence and intuitive nature are keys to winning and retaining the trust that is so vital to building long-lasting client relationships.
Marc is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he consistently chairs and/or is active in several subcommittees. He is also a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Realtors. Marc was part of a team that earned the 1993 NAIOP award for Creative Transaction, which involved the redevelopment of a hazardous Superfund Site for the creation of a 360,000 square foot operations center for a large financial institution. Since then he has consistently been involved with a variety of notable transactions in the marketplace. He is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) organization and is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
