With more than 25 years of experience, Marc leverages his decades of development expertise, extensive real estate network, and visionary mindset in his role as KLNB’s President. As the primary spokesman for KLNB’s 55 partners and nearly 160 employees, Marc champions the firm’s unique approach and sources key business development opportunities that let KLNB’s brokers shine. Marc provides strategic support and coaching across every division of the company as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining KLNB in 2017, Marc spent 20 years as Senior Vice President of Leasing for The Peterson Companies, where he played an integral role in realizing prominent mixed-use developments with notable community impact including Downtown Silver Spring, Rio Washingtonian, National Harbor, Fairfax Corner, and Virginia Gateway. Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland.
