After completing his Real Estate Licensing Coursework through John Carroll University, Marc Leeth has been a full-time Realtor since 2006, quickly rising to the top of his market. In 2011, he had reached the Multimillion Dollar Platinum Award as the top selling agent in his area. In 2007 he was nominated for the prestigious ERA Rookie of the Year Award and has been the top selling agent companywide every year since 2007.
Marc's designations and certifications include: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SFR ( Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), CDPE ( Certified Distressed Property Expert), ePRO and At Home With Diversity.
He specializes in Relocation, New Construction, Foreclosures, First Time Homebuyers, Short Sales and Investment Properties. In 2011 he started the Rental Property Management Division which is now the largest in the area.
