Marc Bassin is Managing Director in JLL’s Vienna’s office. Marc has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and represents many institutional landlords in the Northern Virginia submarkets.
Marc represents such clients as Beacon Capital Partners, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT), Carr Properties, Colony Realty Partners and Lerner Enterprises
Marc joined JLL in May 2007. Prior to joining JLL, Marc was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield. He possesses strong analytical capabilities and a broad knowledge of the entire commercial real estate continuum.
His diverse expertise in commercial building systems and an unparalleled skill level in lease negotiation and preparation make him one of the preeminent real estate professionals in the market place today. His broadly based experience representing both institutional owners and tenants benefits all of his clients.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Marc owned his own company. His personal experience as a business owner enables him to thoroughly understand the needs and concerns of the business owners he represents, and together with his extensive experience in the Northern Virginia commercial real estate marketplace, establishes him as one of the most elite real estate professionals in Northern Virginia.
