Marc was Latter & Blum's company-wide top overall commercial
producer as well as top industrial producer for 2006. His past
achievements include company-wide top overall commercial
producer for 2001 and 2004, company-wide top industrial producer
for 2003, and top Baton Rouge commercial producer in 1997.
Previously, Marc earned "Rookie of the Year" honors at Latter & Blum
while completing all the requirements of the Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM) designation in his first 12 months in the
industry. Within three years, Marc became Latter & Blum's top
commercial producer in Baton Rouge. Marc earned his SIOR
designation in 1999 and is the only real estate professional in the
Baton Rouge area to have earned both the CCIM and SIOR
designations with industrial specialty.
Marc's experience includes 25 years of active real estate investment
in income producing properties. As a commercial agent, he
specializes in industrial warehouses, commercial sales and leasing,
industrial vacant land, income producing properties, and buildtosuits.
Marc also has over 15 years of supervisory experience with
transportation logistics including railcars, barges, and trucks. In
addition, as listing agent, Marc brokered the Sun Plus Distribution
Center. Exceeding 1.1 million square feet, it is the largest warehouse
complex in the State of Louisiana. Marc also brokered sale of
Ashland Chemical's Methanol Plant in Iberville Parish consisting of
approximately 1700 acres with Mississippi River deep water dock.
Marc is the past Chairman of the Baton Rouge Industrial Real Estate
Trends committee and served as the area industrial reporter for the
Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). An active
member of the community, Marc offers his time and real estate
expertise to numerous industrial and civic organizations.
