Marc Alloul understands a customer’s real estate needs from many angles. Whether someone is relocating from a foreign county, to sell a property and move across town, or desires a second home or income property to add to his/her investments. Marc can capably serve a local or international clientele no matter what the specific demand.
Originally from France, Marc started a sales career there upon graduation from college. He also studied in London, where he returned to live for a time. Yet Marc had his sights set on the international melting pot of the world – New York City, and that is where he went to pursue his dreams a decade ago.
Working as a sales representative for a French import/export company, Marc made the easy transition to real estate while working as a relocation specialist helping others from abroad find their special New York home. He then managed the international division of a real estate firm and ultimately served as partner of his own small company prior to joining Douglas Elliman. He spans from short and long term referrals to the purchase or sale of Manhattan apartments and homes, and his unique marketing lends to successful transactions for buyers/sellers/renters in every price range.
Marc himself has lived all over the city, giving him added insight into the needs of others and what would suit them best. His understanding and dealing with people of all cultures, from all places and walks of life, and he gains great enjoyment from customers he meets each day.
