A seasoned professional, Manuel Mendes accumulated an enviable expertise in commercial real estate since 1989.
Manuel acquired an extensive experience working for large real estate firms in Montreal and in Quebec City. He namely worked for Trizec Hahn and at SITQ, which became Ivanhoé Cambrige following Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s decision to assemble all of its real estate asset components under the same banner.
Manuel was responsible for office leasing at Place Ville Marie for nearly fifteen years, from 2000 to 2014. He also acted as leasing manager for several large buildings during his carreer.
Known for his integrity and his efficiency, Manuel is an excellent negotiator. Providing his clientele with a superior-quality service, he concluded several significant transactions during his carreer.
