Manny Cereceres is a Denver native and founding principal of Retro Commercial and has 21 years of commercial real estate experience. His multi-disciplined experience includes the execution of strategies and procurement of retail space for national and local retailers in addition to identifying and underwriting investment opportunities for retail, industrial, multifamily, and office investors. In addition to his skillset and experience, Mr. Cereceres is a Denver native who has seen the Denver metro area change through gentrification and has stayed on top of industry trends to assist his clients in making early adaptor decisions, which has resulted in an increase of success and ROI.
Mr. Cereceres established a solid foundation in market research and analysis early on in his career as a research analyst in commercial real estate. A tremendous advantage for his clients, he is highly astute at analyzing trends in the retail marketplace allowing for constant adaptation in strategy to a changing market.
His brokerage experience includes prior work for Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross, Crosbie Real Estate Group, Inc., Dunton Commercial, and SullivanHayes Brokerage Corporation.
