Bio
Makenna Mizell is an appraiser with Valtrust in their Northeast Florida office. Mizell is actively involved in valuation assignments of commercial property throughout the State of Florida. She began her appraisal career as a researcher in 2014. Currently, she is a Registered Trainee Appraiser under the supervision of James Toro II, MAI, SRA.
Mizell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University in 2014. She is a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.
