Maggie has been with the Ritchie real estate family for 35 of her 40 thriving years of involvement in Bay area real estate. As a recognized expert on downtown San Jose retail, she has played a significant role in attracting business to the city's core. Her accomplishments include successfully leasing both Paseo Plaza Retail and The Shops at the Colonnade to 100 percent capacity. Maggie was also a member of the City of San Jose's Downtown Retail Implementation Strategy Task Force, responsible for developing a blueprint to accelerate the former Redevelopment Agency's efforts to attract quality destination retailers into the City's targeted historic district.
When she is not facilitating deals, she's active in her roles as a founding Board Member of the San Jose Downtown Association, Co-Chair of Ritchie Commercial Real Estate Council, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. In her personal time, Maggie's family of three daughters and ten grandchildren are her top priority. Her love of independent films motivates her to attend the Sundance Film Festival every year and she also enjoys snow skiing, water sports, and landscape design/gardening
