Known widely as Mac, Charles Roos is a Vice President in Colliers International's New York office, involved in both tenant and owner representation in the Tri-state market. Mac assists tenants with market analysis, strategy development and execution, and lease negotiations. With owners, Mac helps owners understand opportunities in the current environment and market available space to tenants who bring additional value to assets.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mac was an investment sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, where he procured business development opportunities.
