Vernon Smith has over 40 years experience selling land, commercial properties, and investment solutions, working for buyers and sellers by solving problems and creating value.
Each county has a growth management plan. Vernon will evaluate the location of the property, check the availability of the infrastructure to determine the highest and best use of the property. Then the property is priced and marketed to the specific user.
Vernon will do the legwork for you. He will manage the sales agreement, handle the rezoning property, obtain permits, easements, do the surveys and finally the closing and selling the property.
Vernon received his BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia, where he also played football and was drafted from by the Miami Dolphins.
