Lynne Woodard Ross was born and raised in Rutherford County. She has seen this county go from two lane roads to five lanes and bypasses! She still believes it is a fabulous place to live! (The reason so many people are relocating here)
She has 19 years of Real Estate experience and has seen the many ups and downs of the market. She was raised in a family of construction and flipping homes. That must be the reason for her love of Real Estate! She just completed a 3.5-year venture of selling 110 new construction homes! It was hectic but a huge learning experience. She has worked short sales, foreclosures, land, farms, and dabbled in some commercial. Bringing buyers and sellers together is what she does best! There is no deal too small or large for her to handle. She believes that part of being a successful Realtor is surrounding yourself with the experienced people to make it all work. She has made a lot of contacts over the years and surrounds herself with excellent people from inspections to surveys and much in between!
She can honestly say she loves her career! There is a huge satisfaction in helping clients with the biggest purchase/sale in their lifetime! It can be a stressful situation when moving and juggling your lives, but she tries to take a lot of that stress off you knowing she has your back! She has always treated every deal like she would do her own! Every transaction is unique to that person, situation, and property. She has built a team with the same level of dedication and expertise when working with their clients. She is proud to say that she did over 23 million in sales last year!!!
