Lynn Kious, Senior Managing Director, is a seasoned professional as both a corporate real estate executive and service provider for several Fortune 500 companies. Lynn specializes in the development and implementation of portfolio optimization strategies, transaction management, international negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions that all deliver workplace efficiencies and savings to clients.
Lynn joined Newmark in 2015 from JCI-Global Workplace Solutions (now part of CBRE) where she was Vice President/General Manager of Real Estate Services for the Americas. Prior to JCI, Lynn was Senior Managing Director for CBRE/Trammell Crow Company, responsible for all corporate accounts in the Western Region. Lynn previously served six years as Global Vice President, Corporate Operations & Real Estate, The Walt Disney Company, responsible for Disney’s 18 million-square-foot portfolio, supporting all business units, in 45 countries. Earlier, Lynn spent 10 years as Senior Vice President, Corporate Properties, First Interstate Bank, responsible for the bank’s 16 million-square-foot domestic and international portfolio. Lynn began her career as a commercial and investment real estate broker in Downtown Los Angeles.
