Lynn Beam, a veteran industrial broker hailing from King Industrial out of Atlanta, moved to Savannah in 2000. His wife teaches at Isle of Hope Elementary School.
Lynn’s practical approach reminds us that people’s beliefs stem from what they can get their hands around - not abstract concepts. Before coming on board with Melaver Mouchet, Lynn spent 15 years as an industrial real estate broker in Atlanta. He has a BS in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University and is a member of the Commercial Council of the Savannah Board of Realtors.
