Lydia Bishop is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads Greystar’s operations in Central and Northern Florida for the Property Management business. Lydia oversees a team of management professionals based in Orlando, Jacksonville, and the Florida Panhandle. Her team provides management services to over 60 communities and 19,000+ units.
Lydia joined Greystar in 2014 following the acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group, where she worked for eight years in the role of Vice President. Prior to her tenure at Riverstone, Lydia worked for Trammell Crow Residential Services as a Regional Property Manager. A multifamily professional since 1986, her experience includes conventional, affordable, high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style communities. She has extensive experience in new development communities and in repositioning assets. Lydia holds a certified apartment portfolio supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and has served on various multifamily committees.
Lydia received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
