Luke regularly provides valuation, agency and development consultancy advice on commercial, residential and mixed-use assets throughout Dorset and Hampshire. He works for a variety of clients including traditional and alternative lenders, private clients, institutional clients and government/local authority organisations.
Luke joined the development team as an apprentice surveyor in 2017 and completed his degree in Real Estate Management with UCEM whilst working full time. Luke gained a BSc (Hons) in August 2021 and more recently completed his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a chartered member of the RICS in May 2022.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys playing golf and regularly takes to the mountains as a keen skier.
