Luke comes from a long family line of Texas real estate entrepreneurs. Luke obtained his real estate brokers licenses shortly after graduating from Baylor University in 2008 and began his career with Texan Properties, a student housing development, sales and leasing firm in the West Campus area surrounding the University of Texas.
After playing a role in numerous successful student housing projects, Luke moved his focus toward hotels in joining HVS Capital, the Investment Banking arm of the largest hospitality consultant in the world, HVS. At HVS Capital Luke focused on debt & equity placement and investment sales for hotels and resorts nationwide, creating sustainable and long lasting relationships with a multitude of clients through his effort, openness and care he allocates for every transaction.
In 2016 Luke helped form F10 Hotels, a hospitality focused investment banking group. Luke has closed in excess of $500,000,000 in commercial real estate debt, equity & sale transactions, working alongside Investment Banks, Private Equity funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Local, Regional and National Banks as well as Family Offices.
