Mr. Valenzuela has specialized in commercial brokerage services for more than 20 years. An extensive background in tenant representation and has consulted and leased numerous commercial projects throughout Southern California.
Background & Experience
After serveral years with CB Richard Ellis, he formed Via Vista Real Estate Services in 1988. In 1999 he merged Via Vista with NAI Capital Commerical Real Estate Services and currently manages the East Los Angeles/Commerce office. He has exclusively represented firms such as McDonald''s Corporation, Wendy''s International, Catellus Development Corporation, Sumitomo Corporation of America, and Los Angeles Community College District.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAI Retail Council, and NAI NAFTA Council. Chair of the NAI Retail Council 2001-2003. NAI corporate real estate training (CREST) in 2000.
Significant Transactions
Exclusive agent for Los Angeles Community College District in its acquisition of a real estate to expand its downtown campus in Los Angeles. The leasing of Plaza México a 425,000 square foot open-air plaza located in the City of Lynwood. This shopping center is a cultural statement that incorporates authentic Mexican architecture, monuments, and weekly festivals featuring dance and music companies from México.
