Bio
Luis joined Colliers International in April 2018 as an associate in the Ontario, California office. His primary focus of expertise is owner/user representation for both lease and sale transactions in the mid-sized industrial range in the Inland Empire. When building inventory is low, Luis stops at nothing to bring off-market opportunities for his clients. He offers excellent service to his clients through research, market analysis, and dedication. Luis speaks Spanish fluently which gives him an edge when dealing with Latin American businesses and owners.
Before joining Colliers international, Luis graduated from California State University Fullerton with a BFA in graphic design. He was very much involved with his creative side designing websites and elevating different businesses through branding and identification. Having a natural creative approach to problems enables him to work diligently and enjoy the fast-paced life that Southern California offers.
When Luis is not at work, he spends time at the local gem mines searching for treasure, along with his wife and kids, who are always up for an adventure.
