My focus is on retail, Medical and Multi-Family development and management. Prior to this, I was involved in the Italian retail clothing business of Benetton stores. In the past few years, we have invested in Medical Office facilities. We aquired the Centennial Lakes Medical Building in 2006, purchased a medical office building in Germantown, Wisconsin and developed & own the 212 Medical Center in Chaska with a 24 hour emergency room and Urgent care center. I am currently working on City approvals for the Edina Senior Care, to be located and built at 65th & France, in Edina, MN. This is a proposed 218,000 square foot, 209 Unit Senior Assisted Facility. Ebenezer, a wholly owned division of Fairview Hospitals, will eventually be the tenant running the facility. We are also under construction on a 101 Luxury Unit apartment complex called Velo' in the North Loop area of downtown Minneapolis to be completed in June of 2014.
