As a commercial broker, I handle all transactions for my clients, buyers and/or sellers from A to Z.
I assist my sellers with their price decisions,paperwork, providing and analyzing comparisons, data, all existing market factors, terms and conditions, to come up with realistic and reasonable selling price, to be successful in their selling endeavor.
I help my buyers to identify and analyze the deals, directly helping to facilitate acquisition, organizing the paperwork and throughout inspection of the properties to identify possible repairs and problems, if any.
Also, as an intermediary in negotiations for my buyers and sellers over property prices, terms and conditions, I am with my clients from A to Z, until the successful closing of the deal. Happy sellers and buyers, that is my slogan.
