has held the designation of Realtor since 2013. She is a lifelong resident
of Midland and is a graduate of Midland High School.
Lucy’s passion in real estate is in helping her clients to find the home as
their dream. She will work with her clients to make sure they truly love

Lucy is a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Sanford. She is
married to Jerry Smith who is also a lifelong Midland Resident. She is
involved with her township as a trustee and a voting polling site
volunteer.
