As a Director in Newmark’s Minneapolis office, Lucas focuses on real estate advisory services of industrial, office, land and investment properties. Mr. Long joined Newmark in 2021 after beginning his real estate career at Carlson Partners. Lucas works alongside Executive Managing Director Brian Netz to provide strategic real estate services for owner and users in both the Twin Cities and across the country.
Mr. Long possesses a strong work ethic and detailed oriented approach to ensure exceptional customer service and real estate solutions. He is dedicated to optimizing client objectives and results in each transaction.
Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Lucas spent 6 years as a pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization and won a National Championship in 2012 with the University of Arizona.
