Lucas Joseph joined ShopOne in 2022 and specializes in the underwriting and sale of retail shopping centers and malls throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining BCA, Lucas graduated with his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University and a B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Currently, Luc is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
