Bio
Lucas is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He re-joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with extensive experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in arranging asset-level financing of all commercial properties across the United States.
Prior to debt advisory, he focused on the disposition and recapitalization of office investment properties located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. He began his career at a boutique Chicago-based valuation firm, Capright, where he performed valuation and analysis of investment properties on behalf of institutional and private investors. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than $5 billion in real estate transactions across office, industrial & logistics, retail, life sciences, multi-housing, and single-tenant net-leased assets.
An active member of ULI Chicago’s membership committee and NAIOP, Lucas earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and is fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese.
