Mr. Caci brings 14 years of high level national sales experience to his real estate advisory and consulting pursuits. At CCA, Mr. Caci is principally focused on assisting his clients with the purchase and sale of investment properties both locally and nationwide, most specifically, single tenant net leased properties and shopping centers.
Prior to joining Cambridge Capital Advisors, Mr. Caci was a top sales executive for A Trac, a Boston, Massachusetts based added value reseller. There he specialized in the sale of all aspects of IT infrastructure products such as hardware, software and professional services. As a top sales producer, Mr. Caci’s overall responsibilities included the building of long term strategic relationships as well as the management of a national portfolio working with both public and private companies.
Mr. Caci received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. (ICSC)
