Bio
Lou was born and raised in Southern NJ, outside of Philadelphia. He attended La Salle University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics. Lou spent 20 years, primarily reserve, in the US Army where he served in the Armor and Chemical Branches. He retired as a Major several years ago.
Professionally, Lou’s accounting skills were honed working for several international accounting firms, among them, pre-merger Price Waterhouse and Cooper & Lybrand. In the mid 1990’s his career path led him to NYC where he worked for private commercial real estate investors as a CFO/Controller and ultimately partner. After 20 years in the City, Lou relocated to South Florida where he met Ron Eisenberg. Lou’s skill set and Ron’s organizational needs were in synch and Ron then ask Lou to join Ventron.
Lou’s major strengths lie in structuring, managing and maintaining the overall financial and operational dynamics that provides the business entity with the core stability required to be successful in today’s competitive environment. The scope of what his responsibilities are encompass all aspects of the operations from strategic planning and finance to contract negotiation and working with our other Executive Operational Staff to ensure they have what they need to be successful.
