Lou Kousouris is a senior vice president in the Mid-Atlantic region where he specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial, flex and office properties representing landlords/tenants and buyer/sellers. He is an accomplished real estate professional who has held executive-level positions throughout his 15 years in the commercial real estate industry.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Lou joined Transwestern in 2021. In his previous role with Artemis Properties, he was responsible for financing, leasing and development of all property types as well as the long-term strategic planning for the portfolio. Previously, Lou served as an account director at JLL as well as President and Principal at Colliers International Baltimore. Before entering the real estate industry in 2006, Lou worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of its initiative to hire junior military officers.

EDUCATION
