Lorie is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients and specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to all real estate transactions. She has consistently shown the ability to exceed clients’ needs and expectations when buying and/or selling their homes. She prides herself on giving her clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales, and property values thereby providing her clients with a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. She is known for her great customer service, her consistent communication, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction. Having previously pursued a career in property appraisals, Lorie has worked every aspect of the Real Estate industry. Her experience as an appraiser has increased her knowledge of the history of numerous Keys properties and the ability to value property. Lorie epitomizes integrity, energy, arduous work, and custom service in every detail of the real estate transaction. Lorie is family oriented. She and her late husband, Rick, who was a successful backcountry fisherman, are devoted to their three children. Her eldest daughter Meghan is a practicing lawyer specializing in Estates & Trusts litigation. Her middle child, Melina, received her Master's degree in the Science of Marketing and specializes in digital marketing for realtors. Melina also has her real estate license. Her son, Miles, is pursuing a career in business management in the landscape installation field. In her spare time, Lorie enjoys reading, cooking, and baking, boating, watching the sunset, and participating in community service. Lorie was appointed to the Village of Islamorada's Land Planning Authority and serves as vice-chairwoman. She is on the board of Friends of the Pool - Save Alligator Lighthouse. She has served as the president of the Florida Keys MLS Board, was appointed to the Village of Islamorada’s Achievable Housing Citizen’s Advisory Committee, was the President of the Coral Shores High School Advisory Committee, is a graduate of Leadership Monroe County Class VIII and was the 2016 recipient of Realtor of the year.
