Bio
Whether you are a first-time home buyer in search of your dream home, a seller looking to downsize or an investor looking for a great opportunity, working with a dedicated real estate professional can make all the difference. Lori is a full-time realtor. In her commitment to her clients, her goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible. To that end she is always available her phone or text -- you can depend on me to promptly respond to any communication regardless of the time you reach out. She is often told that she has good negotiation skills. In real estate this is critical and it benefits my clients in every transaction. While technology plays an important role, it's still all about people and relationships -- getting a deal to come together despite passions, challenges and personalities. That's my value to you. She is smart, she's a problem-solver and she works hard at creating and maintaining relationships. Lenders, attorneys, other agents and vendors find me easy to work with, and she has a proven track record of reliability and integrity. You can depend on her to follow-up on all the many details while keeping you informed and supporting you through the various levels of negotiating that occur when buying or selling. She work with a great team of people, and can provide you with a variety of resources. She has lived and worked in North Metro Atlanta for 25 years; she and her have raised our children in Cobb County. She was born in the Bronx and grew up in New Jersey (sandwiched between NYC and the Jersey shore.) Prior to real estate, she retired from a career in special education (educational diagnostician, teacher support specialist and teacher). As a diagnostician she traveled a good portion of the county on a regular basis, so she is very familiar with the local schools and the neighborhoods surrounding them. She is an author and national presenter, and also served on the board of directors for Kids Enabled, Inc.
