Loretta Lutz joined JBG Smith Virginia Portfolio team in 2006. Prior to joining JBGS, Ms. Lutz worked with A.J. Dwoskin & Associates where she coordinated Tenant welcome briefings, developed Tenant council and marketing efforts, and assisted with daily operations for 13 neighborhood shopping centers with both retail and office space totaling over a million square feet. In her current position as Real Estate Manager, Ms. Lutz prepares annual budgets, compiles monthly reports, overseas coordination of Tenant events & maintenance requests, oversees capital improvements and meets regularly with Tenants to discuss upcoming building projects. With over 14 years of property management experience, Ms. Lutz continues to demonstrate effective decision making by applying knowledge while working with top industry leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Management from Strayer University and received the Accredited Commercial Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
