Bio
Loren Flaum joined the company in 2009 and brings knowledge of finance, management, and acquisitions to the Flaum Management Team. Loren has a strong finance background through previous experience at Bear Stearns & Co., as a Private Client Services Sales and Trading Assistant as well as Jones Trading Institutional Services, LLC in the Capital Markets Group.
Loren is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a member of the Division 1 Varsity Lacrosse Team. In 2009, Loren received a Master of Science in Real Estate – Concentration in Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. Also in 2011, he received a Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
