Loren began his commercial real estate career in 2004 at Voit Real Estate Services in Irvine where he consummated over $50MM in transactions in owner-user and investment. In the spring of 2010, Loren left Voit Real Estate to pursue an MBA degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA. Prior to the completion of the MBA degree, Loren joined PS Business Parks (NYSE: PSB) as a Leasing Director for the Orange County portfolio. While at PS Business Parks, Loren was responsible for sourcing new tenants and negotiating lease contracts with new and existing tenants within the portfolio. During the late winter of 2012, Loren was recruited by CIP Real Estate, an owner-operator located in Irvine, CA, as Assistant Vice President of Leasing. While at CIP, Loren was responsible for negotiating new leases and renewals for an approximate 900,000 square foot portfolio across Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. Loren then rejoined Voit Real Estate Services in May 2014 to focus on owner-user sales/leasing and investment sales in Southern California.
