Lois is a Senior Vice President at Colliers International specializing in tenant representation and lease portfolio management on an international basis. Lois provides oversite of the real estate holdings of numerous financial market leaders in the Chicagoland market. Lois’ hospitality experience provides a skillset that enables her to turn challenges into a better user experience for her clients. She is known for her in-depth, strategic client services and proven track record in completing projects on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Colliers, Lois was a partner at Holly Duran Real Estate Partners LLC (formerly The Levy Organization) for over 26 years. When the CME and CBOT trading floors were integrated, Lois completed over 200,000 square feet of relocations from the CME Center to the Chicago Board of Trade building on behalf of over 30 financial services clients including clearing firms, introducing brokers, and proprietary trading and algorithmic trading firms. Other past and present real estate brokerage, portfolio management and advisory clients include Brokers’ Risk Placement Services, Inc., Captivate Network, COFCO International, ED&F Man Capital Markets, Geneva Trading, Marex North America, The OCC, Optiver US LLC and Sperling & Slater, P.C.
Lois is the proprietor of two bar/restaurants in Morris, Illinois, and a former franchise owner of the American Poolplayers Association. In March 2014, the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce honored Lois with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for her local commitment to the community and passion for hosting not-for-profit fundraising events. In October 2019, the Morris Herald News recognized Lois as one of three Women of Distinction, honoring women from Grundy County who make important and selfless contributions to the community.
