Loetta Lewis is the President and Managing Broker of Luxe Hendrix Inc. Loetta started on the sales & brokerage side of real estate in 2018 after a 17- year tenure in multi-family management and operations in Atlanta, Georgia. During her tenure she worked for institutionalized owners of multi-family assets valued in the multi-million-dollar range. Throughout Loetta’s career she specialize in transitioning distressed, non-cash flowing communities into assets that were positioned to successfully trade for the highest dollar per door amongst its competitors. During Loetta's career she received accolades for ranking #1 amongst her peers due to exceeding budgeted NOI by over 1 million consistently annually.
