LM Cummings is President of Hillwood West. Cummings’ responsibilities include managing the office, sourcing deals, and overseeing the investor relationships.
Cummings previously led Hillwood West for ten years (1992-2002) and has been in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. He
has successfully led more than $6 billion in real estate transactions, including residential and industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, golf
course, and resort properties in Texas, California, Hawaii, Arizona and Costa Rica. He successfully led the investments in the 176,000
square foot “Shops at Wailea” in Maui, the 76 unit ultra-luxury condominium project “The Pacific” in Pacific Heights SF, the award
winning single family development “49 Black Sand Beach” on The Big Island, and the luxurious 79 condominium project “The
Meridian® in Newport Beach's trendy Fashion Island.
Cummings also founded MS) Partners, LLC and actively guided the strategic planning of company’s operations. Prior to joining
Hillwood in 1992, Cummings opened and managed The Staubach Company's first West Coast office in Irvine, California in 1988.
Cummings graduated from Texas Tech University in 1981, eaming a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing.
