Bio
A native of Bozeman, Lloyd has been involved in real estate in the Gallatin Valley since 1977, and for the last several years has focused on commercial sales, commercial leases, 1031 exchanges and land development. Lloyd’s local expertise, combined with Prudential Real Estate’s national strength, allows him to exceed his clients expectations in every transaction.
Lloyd graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in music education and a special love for playing the trumpet, which he still plays today. After graduation Lloyd taught band and music for four years before moving into a career in real estate sales. A firm believer in education, Lloyd has had extensive real estate training, resulting in four national certifications. In 1984, Lloyd opened Mandeville Real Estate. Shortly thereafter, his wife Charlie joined him as an owner and office manager. In 1997 Lloyd and Charlie added the Prudential Franchise, operating as Prudential Mandeville Real Estate. In 2001 Lloyd and Charlie sold the business so that Lloyd and Charlie could both focus on their true love, serving thier customers.
Lloyd has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and a dedicated servant of his chosen profession. He has served as a local and State Director, Local Treasurer, is a Past President of the Gallatin Association of Realtors, and as a Past Treasurer and Core Group Chair of the Montana Association of REALTORS®. In 1996, as a testimonial to his dedication to the industry, the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® named Lloyd their REALTOR® OF THE YEAR.
