I have had the select distinction of being inducted into the International Presidents Premier Society for of Coldwell Banker. This honor is bestowed on agents who rank in the top 1% or less of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Addionally for the last 10 years running, I been a member of the Florida 100, an elite group of of the top 100 sales associates in Florida for Coldwell Banker. I have constantly led the Hollywood office as it's top sales associate in listings and sales from 2001 forward. I attributes my success to the old school work ethic my father tought him, while keeping up on the cutting edge of technology, while offering superior service that has become my trademark.
I am a full time REALTOR and member of the Ft. Lauderdale Board of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. I have also completed a program in Internet Certification. In keeping with his commitment to staying on the cutting edge, he has developed a full Internet marketing strategy.
A native Floridian, I was born and raised in South Florida and is thoroughly familiar with this area and its market. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a B.A. in Business Administration.
