Lloyd C. Berger founded Berger Commercial Realty in 1998 to provide a uniquely client-centric approach to commercial real estate brokerage and management. For more than 21 years, he has directed the firm’s growth and earned its ranking among the top commercial brokerage and management firms in Florida.
Mr. Berger has built a team of like-minded real estate professionals with extensive market knowledge who share his commitment to superior client service and innovative thinking. Their mission is delivering customized solutions and exceptional value to all client engagements. Mr. Berger, who holds a State of Florida Broker License, provides strategic oversight of all client matters. In addition, he has served as a court-appointed receiver for more than 150 distressed properties throughout the state of Florida.
